Graduating first in class from UTPA (now UTRGV) with a bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) in Accounting in 1993, Marcela has spent her professional life in public accounting. Marcela has been practicing as a CPA for over 30 years. Graduating first in class from UTPA (now UTRGV) with a bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) in Accounting in 1993, Marcela has spent her professional life in public accounting. Specializing in small-to-medium size businesses and individuals, both domestic and foreign, Marcela’s experience as a CPA has brought her in contact with a wide range of industries – from real estate to produce, from construction to retail, from restaurants to manufacturing. At Arredondo & Cabriales, whether it’s working on a substantial tax plan for an international company or reviewing a client’s Form 1040, Marcela brings the same level of care and attention-to-detail to each client.
Marcela also serves as a board member for Foundation Neme, Inc., a 501(c)(3) that operates in Cameroon for improving the education and health outcomes for children and the public. Marcela is also an active real estate investor and construction company owner, through her companies The Tempo Group, LTD and Alba Development, LTD.

Samuel has been practicing as a CPA for over 10 years and working in the accounting industry for over 15 years. A graduate of UTRGV, he holds both a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting and a Master’s of Science in Accounting.

Samuel has been practicing as a CPA for over 10 years and working in the accounting industry for over 15 years. A graduate of UTRGV, he holds both a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting and a Master’s of Science in Accounting.
As a CPA specializing in cross-border planning with Mexican business owners, Samuel hopes to educate his clients about the advantages the U.S. tax laws can afford as well as to see them excel in the endeavors of their choice.
Samuel is also a real estate entrepreneur and investor. He is passionate about coaching people to strive to be the best version of themselves and therefore pursued and obtained a certificate in life coaching. He is active in his community and believes that supporting the community is a priority.

Integral to the functions of Arredondo & Cabriales, LLC is the support team. Leading that support team is Liliana. As the firm’s office manager and director of payroll, she manages the administrative and payroll functions of the office with exceptional professionalism. Liliana is a proud graduate of South Texas College.
